Plugin with advanced Analytics configurations

Hi there,

I would like to know if it’s possible using yoast plugin, and also add some Analytics hard code scripts of my own. This will work?

For example: can I use the plugin but add virtual pageviews scripts and special customized events of my own? This would not create a conflict?
