• Even after successfully configuring and syncing the store it keeps showing a message all the time: Mailchimp for Woocommerce has not added the webhook to Mailchimp

    @franksousa thanks for the feedback – the reason behind this is that your server is somehow denying the request which is validating the hook coming from Mailchimp. We’ve been able to successfully resolve this by these 2 solutions:

    1. Make sure that TLS 1.2 is enabled on your server.
    2. Make sure that you don’t have a firewall or gateway service blocking the User-Agent header of MailChimp.com WebHook Validator

    If you could please enable the remote support tool and let us know – we might be able to resolve this for you as well remotely.
