    Hi there,

We have sent you a respond via email and we are here for any other question.

F.Y.I The Wiziapp plugin provides an interface between a Native iPhone App and your WordPress Powered Website.

Supplying this service requires public access to your wordPress installation.

The error you mentioned could happen due to the following scenarios:

    1. Your site is not accessible because it is password-protected (basic http auth).
    2. Your site is under maintenance or still under development, and therefore is not accessible to the public.
    3. Your site is running behind a firewall (maybe on a corporate LAN).
    4. Your site is running on a localhost installation.
    5. Redirection rules may be in place that prevent access. These rules are a result of either your web server configuration (e.g., the .htaccess file when using Apache), or one of your plugins.
    6. A plugin collision of some sort may be preventing our web services from operating as they should (for example, Restricted Site Access is known to cause this problem, even when configured for public access).

In order to help you with your problem, we need to know your site’s URL so we can find it in our system. The easiest method to contact us for support with full identification is directly via the plugin in your WordPress admin (using either the Support tab under the Wiziapp plugin menu, or the ‘Report an issue’ button in the error message itself) or at https://www.wiziapp.com/support .

Installing this app crashed my server too. I am also with Hostgator but on a dedicated server. It has also caused some other problems (even after I have deleted it) where users are getting a white screen when they try and login, and already logged in users get a white screen whenever they try and submit something! Been trying to fix the damage all weekend.

As we explained to Kate, this is impossible our plugin will keep any traces after its been removed, we had tousands of installations so far and never heard of such complain.

Our plugin like any other WordPress plugin has sometimes conflict with other plugins, which we are resolving as soon as we are informed about it.

Anyway, we have offered Kate our help to debug the issue but she said she is ok and doesnt need help. If Kate still need help to debug her server following the removal of the plugin or with any other matter related with the Wiziapp plugin, she is welcomed to approached us again.
