Plugin won’t activate

Every time I try to activate the plugin, I get this error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘class’ (T_CLASS), expecting identifier (T_STRING) or variable (T_VARIABLE) or ‘{‘ or ‘$’ in /home/bridieam/dev.savantdigital.com.au/wp-content/plugins/gf-entries-in-excel/gfexcel.php on line 45

I have tried deactivating all other plugins to no avail, can PM system info.
