• I installed IP2Location Redirection a few days ago to redirect some countries to a “content unavailable” page. I tested at https://www.locabrowser.com/ and found it wasn’t redirecting, with or without our W3 Total Cache plugin active. So I’ve tried to remove your plugin in the plugin list, but when I click “deactivate”, it always deactivates some other plugin, not yours. Yours stays active. This is unusual and a bit malware-like. Can you please tell me how to remove your plugin?

I used FTP to disable the plugin, then removed it in my WP back end. But I would really like to know if any plans are in place to fix this error.

    It might be permission issue.

Can you remove from FTP then re-install from WordPress again?

Already removed it using FTP. I have a different plugin working now, so I’m reluctant to alter the setup to debug a different solution, but thank you.
