upper limit to number of deactivations

Settings don’t hold past a certain number.

When I hit this limit and uncheck some boxes, other boxes can then be checked and those settings will then stick, but of course I’ve lost settings for those I had to uncheck.

There’s apparently an upper limit to how many deactivations can be in effect at one time. I haven’t counted the exact number yet.

Is this intentional or a bug?
