    I have installed the plugin as demonstrated, however the plugin itself won’t initialise.

    I am using a custom theme so I think the shortcode I am using is incorrect however I don’t know which one to use :S.

    Using the shortcode in the example inserts the images onto the page but it seems as though the jquery plugin is not initialising.

    I have noticed that the css is not being targeted from the plugins/owl-carousel/css directory so this could be why the jQuery is not being initialised?

    Also, am I able to insert videos as an image/slide, or should it be a link to a video within, lets say, a lightbox?

    Hello,

    Yes, the CSS file should be loaded.

    Do you have this line in your footer.php file?
    <?php wp_footer(); ?>

    Could you send to me the template you are using?

    At the moment, it’s not possible to insert video in Owl Carousel slides. However, this feature will be available in the new next version of Owl Carousel:
    https://www.owlcarousel.owlgraphic.com/demos/video.html

    The plugin is still at the beta state at the moment and the WordPress plugin will be updated as soon as the final version will be released.

    Hi Pierre,

    Sorry for not updating this ticket, I worked it out in the end.

    I am developing the site locally but pulling the database from a remote environment, so I had to upload and install the plugin on the ‘live’ site in order to see the changes etc.

    Thanks for the quick response however. I will be sure to rate the plugin 5 stars!

    Look forward to the next bunch of features in the future release!
