Plugin won't install – invalid header

Hi there, I can’t get the plugin to install either via upload or through the backend install because “The plugin does not have a valid header.”.
If you take out the following lines 2-7 of gravityforms-update-post.php the plugin installs perfectly:

* @package gform_update_post
