    when I paste the pixel or type, nothing appears and the number of the lines on the side does not appear, so I cannot enter any information in the Snippet / Code field
    it’s already in the last version

    quando vou colar o pixel ou digitar nao aparece nada e nao aparece o numero das linhas ao lado, entao nao consigo inserir nenhuma informa??o no campo Snippet / Code

  • 2 things — 1, you’ve posted your site’s admin login to a public forum, so I would very quickly change that and remove the un/pw.

    2, it appears your problem is caused by OptimizePress throwing a Javascript error and preventing HFCM’s Javascript from running (thus why you can’t enter anything in the snippet box).

    Deactivate OptimizePress and HFCM should start working again. Perhaps there’s an update for OptimizePress that needs installed?
