plugin won't take my list on a few sites

I have 5 out of 50+ websites that I installed the plugin and added my own list to… these 5 sites will not hold my list and when I click save it just goes back to the default list. I’ve tried to delete and reinstall the plugin but no luck. Not sure why it would work on so many other sites but not on a handful of others.
A couple of the sites are therapeutic mobility dot com and taylor made yoga dot ca
