[Plugin WooCommerce] Crashing site

  • Hi,

    I just updated to the latest version of woo commerce and it has crashed my site. im thinking it is conflicting with my wordpress theme and maybe that needs to be updated to work with the plugin. im getting the following message when i login to my site.

    Fatal error: GeoIP API: Error traversing database – perhaps it is corrupt? in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas07_data02/86/2722286/html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/class-wc-geo-ip.php on line 1535

    woo commerce version 2.4.8. how to i revert back to an earlier version? I backup failed also so i can revert that way.

  • I’m literally having the same problem. Same exact coding as well. I went through FTP and renamed the plugin files and I was able to get into the backend and update all the plug in files. But even after the updates it’s saying this message.

    hey grizzlybk did u end up fixing the issue? i updated woo commerce again and it fixed that problem but now there is another issue
