    ill have to think of this…..i think something like

    cat1{subcat1,subcat2}|cat2{subcat3,subcat4}|cat3{subct5,subcat6}

    would this work for you?

    it would be preferable if you could fix it like:

    cat1->subcat1->subsubcat1|cat2

    hello

    you’re issue is resolved. Check out version 0.5. It has an option in the settings page to set the seperator!

    Let me know if it works!

    Thanks for your quick reply, and your effort.
    I tried it but using “->” is creating main categoris and not subcategories. for example. i put a product at games->children->under6 and i get the product in all 3 categories as main categories.

    and i forgot to tell you, after i upload the file, i also got an error:
    Fatal error: Cannot use object of type WP_Error as array in /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-csvimport/include/woocommerce-csvimport-functions.php on line 152

    he, i fixed the bug when updating.

    i am looking into the other thing. Somehow the cats are there. Try to open the parent cat and save it. Than you will see the rest.

    I try to fix this tomorrow!

    he there,

    Works great! cheers!
    One more thing you could implement is the upload and auto split file of big csv files. for example i have a csv with around 4000 products. now i am forced to split it into smaller files.

    Thanks again! Great Job!

    I don’t understand how you make sub categories. Can you be a bit more precise please.

    I want to do something like this directly from the csv file.
    Beads
    –Glass Beads
    —-Bead Mixes
    —-Lampwork Beads
    —-Venetian Beads
    –Metal Beads
    Findings
    –Wire
    –Crimps
    Beading Tools

    Excellent plugin! Just need to get a couple of these minor details figured out.
