• First of all, I just took a few looks, but I’m really impressed. It seems to be a gleam of hope in the jungle of crappy shop-plugins for wordpress, for the big ones like WP e-Commerce become buggier which each update provided instead of bringing improvements for the user. Or eShop which is very confusing to handle. Also interesting seem to be WP Online Store (based on osCommerce) and TheCartPress, providing also some extra plugins. I have to say it is very hard to find a good shop plugin, if you plan to run it on wordpress and use it for serious enterprise! So hopefully yours will evolve like it started. ??

To come to the actual question: Will there be further localizations for WooCommerce other than English (e.g. German).

There are also several laws (e.g. privacy protection) for webshops that apply in some certain countries. Can you provide a kind of solution for that too?

    Hi there,

Localisations can be contributed by anybody via GitHub, https://github.com/organizations/woothemes. I imagine they will come in time as people contribute them.

We’re talking to some developers about making it comply with german law, but for now you need to add the requirements yourself ??

    Regards,
    Mike
