[Plugin: WooCommerce – excelling eCommerce] missing informations in Cheque Payment checkout

when I select the Cheque payment method, I find those text instead of the store details:

Please send your cheque to Store Name, Store Street, Store Town, Store State / County, Store Postcode.

Where do I need to insert this data? Am I missing something ?
