[Plugin: WooCommerce – excelling eCommerce] Permalinks on product category won't work

I’m trying to do a eCommerce website using WooCommerce plugin (Version 1.4.2) and WordPress (Version 3.3.1). But my permalinks are not working at all. –> https://www.fillettesetfistons.com/
If you click on the Categories (sidebar) it gives me a “No products found which match your selection.” even if there is a product inside of that category.
Can someone help me?
