[Plugin: WooCommerce Local Pickup Shipping Method] Broke my woocommerce site

Installing this plug-in broke my woocommerce site. I realized afterward that my current version of WP is higher than supported by the plug-in, but when I FTP to my server there is no directory matching the name of the plug-in and I am unable to log into my site to manage plug-ins.

I see that there have been no responses to support posts in the last three months. Maybe WP should consider some sort of action toward this dev? Seems irresponsible.
