    Hi,
    This is really a last ditch attempt to get some help here before I just have to accept that i wasted my money…
    Bought this plugin from IgniteWoo – about $89. Got response back to pre-sale question but since buying and installing and having multiple issues, I just can’t get hold of anyone from IgniteWoo’s support to help me. I’ve raised tickets, emailed and even phoned the number (I was cut off).
    Really disappointing as the plugin sounded so great.
    If anyone from IgniteWoo can get in touch, it’d surely restore my faith in you guys, which at the moment is pretty low.
    Very disappointed.

  • Doing online business for more then 14 years, but this is really the worst company ever. Nice contact when you wanna buy some plugins, but after you’ve made the sale they completely ignore you.

    Waste of time, you’d better file a PayPal claim (180 days) based on bad support and buggy software. Otherwise, call you CC company. The customer is stupid from their point of view. Everything is nonsense (they love that word…).

    This is a one-men company. There’s no team, no premium support… simply a bunch of amateurs.

    Absolutely shocking. Worst WordPress-related experience I’ve ever had to be honest. And, stupidly, I paid for the privilege ??
    Has cost me in money and even more in wasted time.
    AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
