[Plugin: WordBench] Where is custom post types?

I can’t find where to add or edit. There is a menu for it, but it only contains Formats and Taxonomies, no Post Types.
And what is the difference between WordBench option “Enable comments on blog posts” and the Settings – Discussion – “Allow others to comment …”?
