    if you are the admin of the page you should find that you’ve got an And/Or option which allows you to post to your own wall And/Or a Fan page. Its all documented in the user guide.

    If you aren’t seeing the pages then turn on the diagnostics and force a status refresh which will go to Facebook and reload all the relevant information – and then post the resulting trace.
