    Hi,

I have installed wordfence for the past two months.

It was working like a charm.

The problem cropped up from yesterday.

I am unable to see the live traffic.
Every time I click on the option it shows loading for infinite time.

It was working fine earlier and I haven’t modified my website recently.

Is there any issue or sudden changes in the plugin from your side?

    Hi,

I just checked my JS console in the chrome browser.

The error that it is throwing up is this………..

“Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error”

    Hope this helps.

Any idea what I need to do next?

I am a newbie in website building and was not aware about bumping.

    Hi,

This is an error that is being generated by your server when Wordfence tries to communicate with it to load the live traffic data.

To find out what is causing this error you will need to examine your web server error log. The filename is usually error_log if you’re using Apache. If you’re unsure how to do this please as your web host or site admin. Once you have the full text of the error message, you can post it here or visit our forums at https://www.wordfence.com/forums/ and post it there for a faster reply.

    Regards,

    Mark.

    Hi Mark,

    Thanks for your reply.
I am using an Apache server.

I am not much of a technical person.
I contacted my web host provider and they fixed the problem.
What I understood from them is scarcity of memory space was the reason for this issue.

    Regards
    Satyaki
