PlugIn WordPress Backup to Dropbox: Fatal Error in First Step

  • Hello everyone,

    I searched the forum quite a bit already and followed the previously given advice the deinstall and reinstall the plugin, which didn’t help:
    Right after downloading it when clicking on the plugin’s option page, it says:

    Error message: A database backup cannot be created because WordPress does not have write access to ‘/www/sites/www.hereismydomain.com/files/html/wp-content’, please create the folder ‘backups’ manually

    Uhhmm…I’d appreciate someone taking me by the hand and telling me how to do what ever I need to be doing, I’m really new to this…!
