    Have you enabled zipping in the zip settings?

    Hi Michael,

    Thanks for the reply. Everything is working properly. No problems with the product. Looks like I may not have saved my configuration settings; which supports my unscientific hypothesis that problems are usually ‘User’ related 97% of the time. Love your product.
