    Hi WordPress CSV Importer User,

    • Test the plugin in a fresh installation of WordPress, with no other plugins and a theme that comes with WordPress. Based on the outcome you can establish if your live blog has something different about it that could be causing the problem or not.
    • Search this forum for existing discussions. Taking part in existing troubleshooting with others will lead to a solution quicker.
    • Development is on going for a question & answers system and a ticket system. Aiming to launch it before 2013 at https://www.wordpresscsvimporter.com. Users of the full/paid edition should check the status of those services before using this forum.
    • If no existing solutions exist. Please write out a bug report in the format laid out below. The plugin also has a contact form which will aid users in providing the information developers require for an effective response.

    We should a make video going through this and show some of the tools that can be used. Especially when more are added.

    Might be best to create the video nearer the end of year though and get as many tools for troubleshooting in the plugin as we can.
