[Plugin: WordPress Download Monitor] User level to access the files

Im searching this function………I can’t find it anywhere.

And is that possible to limit access by mb’s or gb’s?

So for example: member can download only 500mb in a month or yearly, but my vip members can download unlimited witout any limitation?
