  • In the directory, /wp-download-monitor/, using FTP or your server admin panel, change the permission of the user_uploads directory to 777, or you will not be able to upload files.

    In whatever program you used to upload the files, you should be able to right-click the files and go to CHMOD, Properties, or something similiar and set the permissions.

    Is the folder user_uploads created by the plugin or created by the user installing it? If I have to create the folder, what would the folder structure be? There is no mention of this…

    Yea I can’t seem to find “user_uploads” anywhere it tells me theres no such file?

    Being that we’re flooded by answers from the plugin author (grin), I assume we have to create the user_upload folder, the thing is, there’s no mention of it anywhere. I assume we have to create it in wp-download-monitor folder.

    Yup, you do have to create the user_upload folder, the author should include this useful bit of info in the installation file.

    Hmm, doesn’t check his thread to often, does he…
