[Plugin: WordPress eCommerce – MarketPress] Grid Layout

  • Am I right in thinking that there is a grid layout plugin which uses the
    [mp_product_grid] shortcode when the premium version of MarketPress is purchased.

    Is there the ability to use this short code with different categories and the ability to set a different number of columns.

    The product grid (category grid, is there one?) is automatically populated by the create new product editor.

    There’s a member in our premium forums who’s created a plugin for that and posted it up there. The downloads in the forums are protected and would require a premium membership for access.

    As for the categories, the best way to get a grid display in that case would be to create a template file based on your theme’s category or archive template and use the function that is used in that plugin to generate that list.

    However, the developers are working out the details for providing an integrated shortcode for this, which we should have available soon. ??
