[Plugin: WordPress Form Manager] Display Based on Search

I have a form that collects “year” as one of the fields and I want to categorize and only show the “year” once so it looks something like this but I can’t seem to find a way to make that happen with Form Manager.

2011

2010

• this is something 6
• this is something 7
• this is something 8
• this is something 9
• this is something 10
