When I try to retrieve the .csv file, a blank screen pop up and then immediately closes. When I try to “view summary” of a form submission, I get this error….help!

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/cruzinpa/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-form-manager/display.php on line 277

Warning: include(/home/cruzinpa/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-form-manager/templates/) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such device in /home/cruzinpa/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-form-manager/display.php on line 282

Warning: include() [function.include]: Failed opening ‘/home/cruzinpa/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-form-manager/templates/’ for inclusion (include_path=’.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /home/cruzinpa/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-form-manager/display.php on line 282

P.S. Does gmail not support the “email” function? When I type in a gmail address for forms to be forwarded to, it doesn’t work. But some other addresses do.

    Thanks!

Karla, I have a few questions for you – first, do the forms themselves still work, as in, can you still use the form to submit data? This is important because it is a much simpler problem if they still work. Second, what version of the plugin are you using, and third, who is your host?

About the mail, I use gmail and they come through just fine. It may be going to your spam folder, depending on how you have your e-mail address set up with your host.

Yes, the forms still work fine. As far as the version goes, I just did the automatic update, and it reads that it is 1.4.14. My host is “A Small Orange”.

So for the email, when I enter the email address on the right sidebar that i want it to go to and click on “Save Form” the email address disappears and that field is now blank. But when I use other email addresses, the email address still shows after saving.

Aright, I will try to figure this out. The plugin is impartial as to where you choose to send e-mails, so the fact that it is refusing just “@gmail.com” is bizarre. As far as the CSV files, make sure your popup blocker is disabled, and check your downloads folder to make sure they aren’t quickly downloading and disappearing. What browser are you using?

Well, I took your cue on that and opened my wp-admin site in Firefox and the .csv download works perfectly fine. I currently use Internet Explorer though and it is not working in that browser for some reason.

I would be fine with it in Firefox, but since I am creating the site for another non-profit group and I know that when they attempt to do it, they will likely be using Internet Explorer and aren’t well-versed in web stuff. Any thoughts on getting it to work in IE? (I checked the pop-up blocker and download files too)

However, the email IS working…it was in my spam, i didn’t see it at first. Sorry about that!

Okay, thats not as bad as I was initially worried about. I’ll see what I can do about IE. I’m tempted to just blame the problem on Microsoft, but I’m sure it will be a simple fix. Also I fixed the summary problem, it will be in the next update. I rarely test everything in IE… thanks for pointing this out!

    Thanks so much!

As long as I can keep some operator error out of it, the forms plugin is great and exactly what we needed!

I really appreciate your extremely quick responses ??

I posted version 1.4.15 which should address the problems you are having. Thanks for the feedback!
