[Plugin: WordPress Form Manager] "from" e-mail address

I’ve tried to use the shortcode [user email] so that it displays the visitor’s e-mail address in the ‘from’ field when a message is delivered, but this only works for users who are logged in and the visitors to the site don’t have to be logged in to use the form.

Is there a way around this so that the e-mail address is displayed in the ‘from’ field when a message comes in?
