[Plugin: WordPress Form Manager] PROBLEMS pulling CSV Files

Hi,
I tried pulling the CSV file in Firefox, Safari, and IE none of them work…keep getting a 404 error I am currently using wordpress 3.1.3 with the plugin of 1.4.4 …
My forms are in Thai language could that possibly be causing this problem?
