[Plugin: WordPress Forms] Some bugs

    Do you have a preferred location for bug reporting, cause I have a few. In the mean time, here they are:
    1.In the advanced options for the check box, where it says enter options, one per line, if I enter something like, “yes, please contact me” when you update/publish, it separates them into two check boxes, one for “yes”, and one for “please contact me”.
    2.There is an extra space between the label and the input box for name.
    3.The Submit button is misspelled.

  • I just tried to add the form to a page, and the pop up opening is just empty.

    I also have problems with drop downs. It is annoying but after entering the elements a few times, it worked…

    When I submit the form, it would also be good to have some loading icon or something and maybe replace the form by the success message to clearly show that the form has been sent.

    Otherwise, the form building was nice and easy.

    You know this is a beta release.
    New improvements to dropdowns, buttons, width, etc… will be done in next releases.

    Note: please don’t mark this plugin as broken because it isn’t broken. It’s your choice to review, but remember that each case is unique.
    Although we are doing such improvements, we need to put a lot of hard work in it, so time consuming.

    That’s great! But I don’t think it is said in the first page of the plugin that it is still a beta. I saw it in the FAQ but not on the first page… This might avoid people tagging it as broken.

    New version 0.2.7 fixes this. I would like to know any reports here.

    I just updated to 0.2.7 which fixes the bug of having all dropdowns on one line.

    I am also having a problem of checkboxes having to be clicked twice to be selected. This first click seems to activate it and the second actually holds the checkmark. Has anyone else experienced this?

    Hi. I’m on a Mac… I’m experiencing it on Firefox 3.6.13. Also Opera 11.00. It doesn’t happen in Safari. Thanks!

    May have some insight into the check boxes. In build.helper.php, in the form_checkbox function, if you explicitly set an attribute of checked=’false’ or checked=’true’ the checkboxes will render checked (for some reason) but can be unchecked and checked with only one click.

    Hopefully this points you in the right direction. I would love to help, but my familiarity with plugin structure is very limited.
