  • Thanks for that link thickchick! My wordpress site works again. I won’t be updating this plugin again until I search the support page for issues first…

    thickchick (and others), you don’t need to leave the www.ads-software.com domain to find old versions of plugins or themes. Click the Developers tab on a plugin/theme page to see old versions. In this plugin’s case:
    https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/wordpress-https/developers/

    Good to know! Thanks.

    Just a friendly reminder, if the plugin is working for you, say so here under Compatibility on the right-hand side.

    I too, had the problem of not being able to access the admin page after the update. There was a period of time, early on, when my site was only http. Then I changed to https. Accordingly, some image links were only to http. After I disabled the update to get to the admin page, many images appeared only as place holders, some came and went, and the site, with respect to images, was pretty messed-up. I have just now manually fixed my images to point to https and the site is working again.

    Afraid to update to the newer version of the plugin in case it doesn’t work or creates new problems for me. Anybody else with same problem who has test drove the 3.1.1?

    3.1.1. = FABULOUS!! Thanks so much!

    The latest 3.1.2 is breaking the visual editor again. It looks to me that it has bad regec replaces or something. It’s removing the closing “)” from the tinymce.PluginManager.load() calls. Examples:

    tinyMCEPreInit.load_ext("https://www.daybreak.tv/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/admin/tinymce", "en");
    tinymce.PluginManager.load("NextGEN", "https://secure.daybreak.tv/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/admin/tinymce/editor_plugin.js";
    tinyMCEPreInit.load_ext("https://www.daybreak.tv/wp-content/plugins/cforms/js", "en");
    tinymce.PluginManager.load("cforms", "https://secure.daybreak.tv/wp-content/plugins/cforms/js/editor_plugin25.js";
    tinyMCEPreInit.load_ext("https://secure.daybreak.tv/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/after-the-deadline/tinymce", "en");
    tinymce.PluginManager.load("AtD", "https://secure.daybreak.tv/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/after-the-deadline/tinymce/editor_plugin.js?v=20120221";

    This should be fixed in the development version. Could you try and let me know?

    I was having problems with editing posts and accessing the media library – both problems appear to be fixed in the dev version. Cheers!

    How do I revert my updates? I just downloaded the development version .. what should I do now?
