[Plugin: WordPress Mobile Edition] Cookie Settings

I’m working on compliance with the EU Cookie law and would like confirmation on the cookie settings:

I’m assuming the cookie is called cf_mobile, has a value of true or false and has an expiry date 3 and half days after first set.
