• Hi:

Wondering if it’s possible to exclude the iPad from getting the mobile version of my sites. The sites look great on the iPad and there are quite a few people who visit one of my sites using an iPad… including my boss & owner. Anyhow… thanks in advance.

    Hi dmiyares,

I don’t think that the iPad should be loading the mobile edition (it’s not one of the default browsers). What is the user agent that is showing up when you’re on your iPad? You can use https://whatsmyuseragent.com/ to find that out.

    Hi ejdanderson:

    It says

    Mozilla/5.0 (iPad; U; CPU OS 3_2_1 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/531.21.10 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0.4 Mobile/7B405 Safari/521.21.10

I agree Dmiyares. I pad should be excluded!
    Any solutions yet?

I was given the wrong info about this plugin. It does rule out the Ipad Browser. So it is fine.

    Sorry for not checking properly.
