[Plugin: WordPress MU Domain Mapping] Mapped Domains Redirect to Main Site

I have noticed that if you put an extra period after a domain name, it will take you to the main site instead of the mapped site.
Here is an example:
https://donrobertsspaschool.com takes you to the correct site
https://donrobertsspaschool.com. takes you to the wrong site.
