[Plugin: WordPress MU Domain Mapping] SSL Problem

I use define(‘FORCE_SSL_ADMIN’, true); to ADMIN my WPMU securely and just added this domain mapping plugin.
Now everytime I map a domain as https://whatever.com/ the domain mapping plugin automatically adds it as https://whatever.com/ which is wrong, it shouldn’t do that and it causes all kinds of problems.
Obviously I don’t want to admin my domains over unsecure http but I do want visitors to access the blog via http and not https.
Anyone have a workaround for it?
