[Plugin: WordPress MU Sitewide Tags Pages] Tag Cloud of Tags Blog for Homepage

I have a very hard time to understand this plugin as well. A good installation instruction would be very appreciated! ??

i’m certainly not an expert but had the same question as you guys. i think i found the answer in the wp_tag_cloud function. i subscribe to andrea’s wpmu tutorials feed and it was recently discussed there.
