[Plugin: WordPress Popular Posts] Categories

  • I’ve been working with WordPress Popular Posts, and it’s a great plugin. What I’d like to do, is display a list of most popular items in a category. At the moment I only seem to be able to exclude certain categories. By using this logic, posts that sit in multiple categories, don’t appear at all (because those categories are filtered out).

    Is there a way to display most popular items per category, rather than excluding all other categories?

    This feature has been on my to-do list for a while now. While I believe it is possible, I haven’t had the time to sit down and work it out.

    I’m planning to rewrite a few functionalities of my plugin once I get some spare time. Might try and include this one.
