[Plugin: WordPress Popular Posts] Exclude Categories Not Working

It’s difficult to tell what’s going on without looking at your site, mate. However, I suggest to try deactivating all your plugins but WordPress Popular Posts to see if it works correctly.

P.S.: writing in uppercase is considered as shouting, so please don’t do it.

The same thing happens to my website:
https:// 1 ## e ## 2 ## .it (without ## and space, please, don’t write it here in full way).
I need to exclude the category id 841 (I don’t know why WordPress gives such high numbers to categoryes even if I have just 12 categoryes!).
I have tried to disable other plugins, but nothing.
Can you look at my site?

Same problem on my end. I’ve got two categories I’m trying to ignore – a parent and a child of the parent. It seems to be ignoring the parent category, but not the children.

I also can’t set the date format. It’s checked, but won’t let me uncheck the date, or save a selection for the format.

I’ll try deactivating plugins tonight to see if something is conflicting, but I don’t have that many plugins.
