    Have you checked the “Display Thumbnails” here?
    I think that’s what you might be missing ??

    Hi,

    I have checked all 3 boxes, including use featured image. Because all boxes are checked, even if the plugin could not identify the featured image, it should still display the first image.

    However, nothing happened for my site.

    For now we’re only supporting images uploaded with WordPress’s media dialog and featured images.
    This might change in the future, but I can’t make any promises.

    I’ll add you’re case to our TODO list and mark this thread as resolved for now.
