[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] 1.1 Yoast WordPress SEO: Social Not pulling jpg or description

I assume front page settings are what we want to appear on Facebook?
I set a description and an image. Neither appears when the page is recommended.
There is no image and the description is the page text.

Advice?
I also used the same jpg for default settings because I don’t know what it is for.
Could we have a better description and set up instructions please??
