[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Blog Post Title replaced by SEO Title

Hello. I am having problem with the Yoast SEO plugin. When activated it replaces the normal post Title with the Meta SEO Title. I have the latest version of the plugin installed [1.4.19]. Tried tweaking all the settings but there seems no way out. Can anyone help out with a solution?

Where ‘e’ is the SEO page title and ends up being also the Blog Post Tile. Followed by the text paragraph ‘b’
