[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Breadcrumbs Wrong if using WP 'Posts page'

On the WordPress settings page for ‘Reading’ options, it is common to set the front page to a static page rather than a list of posts. Right underneath that option is a setting for a separate ‘Posts page’ which then acts as the list of posts. This plugin seems to have a problem if that option is set, then it creates a breadcrumb for the ‘Posts page’ on every single page, even though the Posts page should not be in the breadcrumb trail.

For example, if you have a category like this :

example.com/mycategory

Then the breadcrumb on that page should be :

Home > MyCategory

But instead it’s displaying :

Home > PostsPage > MyCategory

Obviously that is not correct, as you can see by looking at the URL that the PostsPage is not at a higher level from the category, it is completely separate and should not be in the breadcrumb path.
