[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Conflict with Disqus comments plugin

Hello,

we’d love to use disqus on our website, but it’s conflicting with our WordPress SEO plugin – which is a core part of our site.

When using the disqus plugin everything works fine except for an error we get when checking our sitemaps. Obviously having sitemaps working correctly is an instrumental part of our site so we’d like to get this sorted if we can.

When checking the sitemaps we keep getting the following error…

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /wp-content/plugins/disqus-comment-system/disqus.php:1194) in /wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/inc/class-sitemaps.php on line 517

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /wp-content/plugins/disqus-comment-system/disqus.php:1194) in /wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/inc/class-sitemaps.php on line 519

I have narrowed the problem down to the function called ‘dsq_output_loop_comment_js’. If I remove all code between the brackets the sitemaps work fine.

Has anyone else had this problem?
