[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Custom Category Titles missing page number

I have custom titles set for each of my categories. I just noticed that when I set a custom category title, the page number is not added to the title.
Is there a way I can get the page number to appear? Our site is structured in a way that we cannot use a title template for each category.
