[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] Default and Frontpage OpenGraph images showing

I’ve just upgraded to the latest version of wordpress seo 1.2.3 (which is fantastic by the way) and we’re getting two identical lines in our homepage source (https://www.weddingideasmag.com/) for the og:image entry. On posts and pages the plugin is working fine.

I’ve also discovered that images in our category pages aren’t being picked up by the plugin, and the default one’s are showing instead.

Can anyone shed some light on this?
