Does your plugin create an xml and put it in the root directory?
I’ve got a file in there with code which starts like this:
<?xml version=”1.0″ encoding=”UTF-8″?>
<urlset xmlns=”https://www.sitemaps.org/schemas/sitemap/0.9″><url>
<loc>https://wpsites.net/blog-content/adding-tweets-in-wordpress-posts/</loc><lastmod>2012-06-17</lastmod><changefreq>always</changefreq>
<priority>0.9</priority></url>I’m getting sitemap errors in GWMT so i deleted the xml file from my root directory.
GWMT tells me 0 URLs submitted
but then it says they’re Pending but on the next page it says they’re indexed.
