[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] How google generates it's search result?

For our site, Google is generating this https://dl.dropbox.com/u/14057353/awareness%20institute%20on%20google.png

We have recently upgraded our site, and am not sure how to get google to create a similar structure for our new site. I am using this plugin.
