[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] "Huge SEO Issue" won't go away (network site)

On a network site, Yoast WordPress SEO keeps displaying the “Huge SEO Issue” issue even after I click “I know, don’t bug me”.
I use this site for development and I really don’t need it crawled, but I want to configure the SEO settings already. This is very annoying.
