[Plugin: WordPress SEO by Yoast] keyword in first paragraph

first of all, this looks like a great plugin Joost!
I will use it now and see how it unfolds over the next weeks (used all in one seo before switching)
one problem. i am starting to optimize the pages but come across the problem where i put a picture before the first paragraph like this:

The MIG 37B Ferret E is a fictional plane which was produced in kitform by Testors and Italeri. This kit is a follow-up of the F-19 "stealth" fighter (also fictional).
Since this plane is fictional, I cant produce any further information on this plane.

therefore Yoast does not recognize the keyword in the first paragraph…
if i switch it to this:

it doesnt give the keyword in first paragraph error. but then my image layout is messed up cause want i aligned it to the right at the same height as the firstparagraph
easy way to fix this?
